A sweet potato with a white to beige skin and purple flesh. Great all round potato for baking, boiling, frying and roasting. It contains 150% more anthocyannias than Blueberries and so is fantastic for diabetics. The roots and leaves are edible and a great substitute for spinach.
Sweet potato also makes a great indoor ornamental plant.
Harvest roots within 120 days. Yellowing leaves are a telltale sign that the tubers are nearing readiness.
